Printers from Ahmedabad, Morbi, Rajkot and Saurashtra enjoy 3rd Tour of SPAI-FESPA Cross Country Tab

 With two successful Tours of the unique model of half day exhibitions by SPAI, supported by FESPA, during CCTTE-1 at Aurangabad, Pune & Nashik, end of April 2011, and CCTTE-2 at Vapi, Surat and Vadodara, in mid July, CCTTE-3 saw halls full of visitors at Ahmedabad on 26/08, Morbi on 27/08 and Rajkot on 28/08
SPAI has so far covered 9 locations with the CCTTExhibitions, out of the 62 locations it has planned around 28 states & 7 union territories across the country.
13-14 Table Tops during this tour, shows that more number of manufacturers & dealers have realised that participating in CCTTEs is a unique way to bring about awareness regarding new techniques in screen printing and take their products directly to more & more printers around the country.
Ahmedabad, with the support from Mudra Traders, Navkar Enterprise, Siddhi Enterprise, Super Screen Inks, and Tapan Enterprises, had over 200 visitors.
Faculty and students of National Institute of Design also visited the show and were amazed at the kind of creativity that they can nurture, adopting screen printing applications. Printing Samachar also displayed the show dates on their last issue which contributed to reach the information to printers across Gujarat.
Morbi, known for its ceramic tile industry, with over 750 big & small ceramic tile manufacturers, is one of the rare locations in the country or perhaps in the world, where a large concentration of manufacturers in a small township, where industrial screen printing applications are used online, on automatic conveyors, in the finishing process of their product.
After which the heat drying process at 7000 to 10000 not only completes their manufacturing process but also gives the product a colourful look with variety of designs. With the support of Krishna Enterprise, Himalaya Enterprise, Bloom Industries & Print Zone, around 100 visitors benefited from the exhibits, despite being a day immediately after the Janmashtami holidays.
Rajkot a major hub for Engineering products, supplying diesel engines & spares, to even renowned auto manufacturers worldwide, is also a heart of Saurashtra Region in Gujarat with a vibrant economy. Here, with the support of Commercial Printers’ Association & Paradise Screen Products around 250 visitors enjoyed the show.
, Gujarat Academy of Creative Studies also had their stall at all the 3 locations to provide exposure to the screen printers about the enhancement of skills they and their staff can get from their Institute.
Around 565 visitors were able to benefit from the shows in these three locations getting exposed to the different products and services between 6.00 to 9.00 pm at each of these locations on consecutive days.
Almost all the visitors were quite thrilled to see with this unique way of bringing various products to their doorstep & the value proposition that Screen Printing can provide, which they were not previously aware of. They were all so happy that they have requested SPAI to conduct a 2 day Exhibition with a live demo of various machines and also to conduct CCTTE at other locations in Saurashtra.
The exhibitors (in alphabetic order) were Avadh Enterprises (Cordenon Paper), Colors-UV Inks, Grafica Flextronica, GACS-Gujarat Academy of Creative Studies, Gurbaksish Enterprises (Omega), KMI Business Technologies, Photokina Chemicals, Printing Samachar, Printex, Saill Industries Ltd., Screentex, Technova Imaging & Universal Technologies-Unitech and the SPAI-FESPA table, quite a few visitors Registered for the FESPA Asia 2011 in Singapore as well as to purchase the Sensation Books.
KMI displayed their Digital Printing Machine & Technova displayed their positive creating machine.
Manufacturers of Screen & Digital products can use CCTTEs as the ideal special purpose vehicle to introduce/reach their products across India or find local distributors for their products – Large coverage at a low cost. In appreciation to the support that was given by various dealers (listed in paragraphs above) and their team, for all their efforts & hard work for the local arrangements, in these 3 locations and for organising the printers from their respective locations and nearby places to visit the event, SPAI gave them a memento each.
The next tour CCTTE-4 is scheduled to cover Noida on 13 October, Ludhiana on 14 October & Jallandhar on 15 October 2011 and CCTTE-5 to cover locations in South India in November 2011, for which the locations & dates will be announced shortly.
