He affirmed that Grafica is set to change the rule of the garment printing industry. To corroborate his views, Bhargav made a pictorial presentation on Grafica’s immediate past accomplishments. He highlighted some of the landmark achievements of Grafica targeted to the overall development/progress of screen printing industry and changed the image of the screen printing:
• Opening of DMI institute in 2006 • Screen on Screen, an educational video film on screen printing process. • DMI’s workshops • DMI’s creative screen printed samples which are showcased at various exhibitions and road shows to educate screen printers.
• NPL Road shows • Grafica News / eNews • Grafica’s comprehensive website containing technical articles, videos, news and features of screen printers which highlights versatility of screen printing process and its diverse applications. • Nano Print • Nano Print plus • Nano UV • Nano Screen Maker 5-in-1 • Nano Sharpener • AND NOW Nano-PrinTex
He said that with Grafica's in-house training centre DMI Institute, garment printers can be rest assured of receiving regular technical support. He announced that DMI will conduct regular workshops on creative T-shirt screen printing in collaboration with international experts.
“As far as garment printing is concerned there was big missing link. So far garment printing industry has been depending on costly imported machines, thus automation was a mere dream for many printers. With the introduction of low cost high quality, easy to print technology from Grafica, garment printers can ‘afford’ to invest in automation and grow in business,” concluded Bhargav.
Bhargav called DMI’s sponsors on stage to share their experiences on how associating with DMI institute has helped them to promote their products. Expressing their views on how DMI changed the rule in the Indian screen printing, Fujifilm Sericol’s Raghav Rao, Skyscreen’s Anil Brahmbhatt, Color’s Mustafa Kapadia, Indian Dyes Sales Corporation’s Jayesh Shah also congratulated Bhargav and his team for the launch of Nano-PrinTex.
Dilawar Dalwai of Al Mahir Printing Equipment Trading, UAE was also invited to share his success story as Grafica’s Middle East Representative.
